OUR ADVANCED PROTOTYPE

Over the course of development, we have built and tested nearly a dozen functional prototypes, iterating on both core performance and form factor at each stage.

Now in our fourth-generation (V4) cooling belt and suspender system, we are seeing early customer validation through real-world field demonstrations.

HOW? SEMICONDUCTOR-POWERED COOLING

Our wearables use thermoelectric cooling based on optimized Peltier modules to actively remove heat from the body.

Effective thermoelectric cooling, however, depends not only on extracting heat, but on efficiently dissipating that heat away from the wearer.

Our architecture is designed around this principle. The Peltier modules are positioned on the back of the belt, where heat can be released efficiently to the environment, while cooling is delivered via suspenders to the body’s core, the area most critical for regulating core body temperature.

This separation of heat rejection and cooling delivery enables a slim, wearable form factor without compromising performance, while still being compatible with PPE and safety gear those workers are required to wear.
